 Our staff will provide you with the necessary information regarding the possible restock or can direct you to choose another product.

 

 PAYMENTS

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can complete your order by paying by Credit Card/Prepaid Card or PayPal.

 

CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?

No, it is not possible to pay on delivery.

 

 

 SHIPPING

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For orders of less than €100, shipping will cost €10.

For orders equal to or greater than €200, shipping is free.

Shipments to Europe cost €20.

 while free shipping is valid for orders equal to or greater than €200.

Orders placed from countries outside Europe may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These, which will be requested by the courier at the time of delivery, are established by the country of origin outside the EU and totally beyond our control. For this reason it is not possible for us to know its value beforehand.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment (excluding orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday which will ship on the following Monday).

Usually the courier takes up to 48 hours to deliver the package in Italy, with the exception of the islands where it could take 72 hours.

 

HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF THE SHIPMENT?

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of the courier who has been entrusted with the shipment.

When we hand over the package to the courier, any responsibility for delay and/or non-delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you received the package. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of the decision by sending an explicit declaration to the e-mail address alexandersewerwan@gmail.com

The shipping costs for the return are at your expense. Once the package has returned to our warehouse, a check will be carried out to verify that the product complies with how it was shipped, never worn and with attached tag and tag. You will then be reimbursed within seven days for all payments made, excluding delivery costs and excluding the costs you incurred for the return, 

no later than 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Products that are damaged or used in a different way than strictly necessary are excluded from the right of withdrawal. In any case, the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to:

  • goods made to measure or clearly personalized

  • goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons.

 

WHO PAYS THE COSTS IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN?

In the event that you wish to return one or more products, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

 

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF AN ITEM ALREADY RECEIVED.

You can change the size of an item received as long as it is returned in its original condition, never worn and with the tag attached. You can notify us of the size change within 48 hours of receiving the package. Check on the "Shop" that the size you want is available.

To make the change, write to us at the email address alexandersewerwan@gmail.com indicating:

  • Name and surname

  • Order number

  • Product to be exchanged and NEW SIZE YOU WANT TO RECEIVE.

The shipping costs will be at your expense. When the package has arrived at our warehouse, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of the goods and we will send you the product in the new size.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DIFFERENT ITEM THAN ORDERED.

If you have received a damaged product / different from the one ordered, contact us at the email address alexandersewerwan@gmail.com indicating:

  • Name and surname

  • Order number

  • Photo of damaged/different item.

The costs of returning the item will be at our expense and we will arrange for the courier to collect it.

We will notify you when the parcel has arrived at our warehouse and send you the replacement product.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE AND BE REFUNDED?

Yes, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the package and receive a full refund of the expenses you have incurred (excluding the shipping costs for returning the package). Once the package has returned to our warehouse, a check will be carried out to verify that the goods conform to the original as they were shipped, never worn and with the tag and tag attached. You will then be refunded within seven days of all payments made, excluding delivery costs and excluding the costs you incurred for the return, within 14 days of receiving your package.

Yes, if the order amount is equal to or greater than €200

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?

No, for technical reasons it is not possible to cancel the order. The order will be processed and the package will still be delivered to you. You can decide to return the package at your expense; You will then be refunded within seven days of all payments made, excluding delivery costs and excluding the costs you incurred for the return, within 14 days of receiving your package.

CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER?

In case you want to add products you will necessarily have to place a new order.

If you wish to return products, you can do so no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The return costs will be at your expense. You will be reimbursed for all payments You will subsequently be reimbursed within seven days for all payments made, excluding delivery costs and excluding the costs you have incurred for the return, within 14 days of receiving your package.
