TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS

    The customer undertakes to return the product within 15 days.​

• Products received with a security label must be provided with the same upon return.

• Returned products must not have been used in any way.

• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any tampering, washing, damage or alteration of any kind will invalidate the return.

• The products must be carefully packed and packaged. Under no circumstances can the original box be used as the only external packaging for shipping, but must in turn be packed in such a way as to protect the goods. Any damage due to failure to take care of the packaging will invalidate the return  

• The customer must return the products by courier or his own vehicle, he will assume full responsibility for loss, damage or theft during the shipment.
